Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
Delivery
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate. Anant cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy

Eligible Returns
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

Return Conditions
To be eligible, the product must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Be returned with original packaging, tags, certificates (if applicable), and accessories.

Not show signs of misuse or physical damage caused after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity, the following cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect:

Replacement Process
Once your request is approved:

Our team will arrange a pickup where available.

If pickup isn't available, we'll guide you through the return process.

After inspection, a replacement will be shipped as quickly as possible.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in cases where a replacement cannot be provided or another resolution is deemed appropriate.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they have been shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
